Like the other reviewer said, this product would have been perfect if it were a little thicker. Despite that, it is still completely functional and definitely sturdy enough to stand up to normal use without any problems or wear. It's a nice-looking design and I particularly like that it sticks out from the wall a bit farther than some other towel racks do. That way, you can fit more than one towel on it easily and not struggle to get them on and off.

I purchased several Moen fixtures for a new bathroom: towel bars, hooks, towel ring, etc. all in the oil rubbed bronze finish to match other fixtures. These are the first Moen towel bars and related items I have purchased and installed. Previous experience with other name brands has left me skeptical about the mounting design and ease of instllation... but these Moen products were a very pleasant surprise!



As most bathroom hardware does these days, Moen incorporates small set screws in their design - but in a much better way than others I have installed. The set screw is easy to set and adjust, and holds once set! Unlike others, these fixtures are not loose or wobbly after installation. Additionally, the wall mount hardware is made very well - much better than others. Very sturdy and well designed - it is made so that you only have one correct way to mount it, and the portion of the wall mount that holds the visible fixture is very sturdy and remains square!



I take away one star for the very thin material used in the towel bars themselves... the tube is adequate, but feels very light and flimsy compared to the rest of the hardware... a few more thousands of an inch thickness would have been nice.

They are so soft and thick; the quality is obvious as soon as you grab them. I think I even like them better than the super-special micro-fiber towels that we paid twice as much for.



They look nice, feel nice and do their job - what more do you want out of a towel? My only complaint might be a couple of strings that I've noticed got pulled from the terrycloth; but I don't know if it was caused by whomever packaged it, or if we were somehow responsible.

Delivery was prompt. However, I used my brother as delivery address and for forwarding the product to me (I live abroad) and only after receiving the goods at the remotest end did we notice that the terrycloth had gotten stuck somewhere and there was some dirt on the area where it had stuck. I do not have the energy to start returning it and those things happen. I can live with it and otherwise it is a quality towel.

I bought 2 of the Fingertip towels in brown and overall I am happy with them. They are a little thinner than I expected, but still nice and match well with my bathroom decor. I have a feeling that the fringes will get matted up in the washer and dryer, but time will tell... I will update if there are any issues.
